- Responsibility Disclaimer:
- Temporary non-working sections may occur due to maintenance within apps or permanent closures by developers or shutdowns.
- Internet issues on your end, such as incorrect internet speed/package, poor Wi-Fi signal, or overloaded devices, can affect the functionality of the apps.
- Recommendations to Resolve Issues:
- Ensure proper internet speed/package.
- Improve Wi-Fi signal with extenders or adapters.
- Ensure sufficient internal storage space (at least 2GB required).
- Consider using a VPN for internet streaming privacy if your ISP is throttling or blocking your connection.

Refund Policy for Physical Products Only
Services are Non-Refundable.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, along with all original packaging.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money minus a $15 restocking and factory reset fee will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
