My husband and I can't say enough good things about Frank. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. You have a good man there above the normsl.

Live in Ohio, had a problem with buffering on Fox News. Called Frank and he walked me thru the fix in about 30 minutes on the phone while was traveling. Turned out it was my fault. I hadn't cleaned the cache in 6 months. If you have questions about the caliber of service, Frank is first class #1.

It's impressive how quickly they responded after I called. They provided same day service, left no mess behind when they were done. They thoroughly explained everything completely and made sure that I was totally comfortable with their product before they left.
